Trouble Entering Dairy Milk Fingers Competition - Where is the Batch Code?

Can anybody help. I've bought two packs of Dairy milk fingers recently and want to enter the competition but I can't make out what the batch code is. I've tried different combinations and it won't accept the code. I've tried emailing customer service but it doesn't accept in coming mail. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 
KAW18 - Sometimes the code is inside the box eg Kellogg's cereals. Also they usually tell you where to find it or look for it - 8 digital code or whatever. I hope this helps.
The code I think is ZLL02 31033 is that the correct one though? as usually its inside the pack
KAW18 I've just had a look on the superlucky me website it says to
Enter the barcode plus the batch code from your packet (the batch code is the long code on the best before panel)
I had this with the recent Crisp competition, I was very lucky that I emailed them and got a response of what it was suppose to be, mine had 2 numbers printed over each other, which made it fairly unreadable.
Barcode should be 13 digits long and the Code should be 10 digits long, the trouble is the first 3 letters/numbers on your packaging, it could be a number of different combinations. First one could be a 2, 7 or Z for starters.
I just took the barcode from the internet and tried your top code and it worked, obviously I didn't enter my details and no one else should use the code, as they don't have the packaging or receipt to prove it.
Your top code is: ZLL0231551
Your bottom code should be: ZLL0231033
