Do You Celebrate Halloween?
Ask a Question
Do any of you celebrate Halloween? If you do celebrate, how do you go about celebrating!
I've honestly never done it but would like to although I have never seen Halloween themed houses or people dressed for it. I'd have better luck with Christmas. lol
Other than buying a few Halloween related food products, not really. I know there a many people who only watch horror films during October. In modern times it's been celebrated more in the USA
As a kid my mother would do a little party in the house and have friends over. We would get dressed up & go down a few streets trick or treating, then come back and share out the treats. Then we would play games like ducking apples (apple in a bowl of water that you have to get with your mouth), then apples or donuts on a string with your hands behind your back Its something that we now do with our own children, although we havent done it for a few years because my son felt he was too old and would rather go out with his friends My daughter is nearly 2 though so im excited to start the tradition all over again
my sons an halloween baby but now all grown up when he was little we did do birthday /halloween partys and go all out by decorating the house and all wearing costumes but now he grown up we dont bother
I don't not celebrate Halloween but all I really do is buy sweets for the trick or treaters.
Halloween is my fave time of the year I l personally don’t dress up mysmeld but love seeing the kids come around at Halloween and handing out sweets
