I’m a big, big fan of spicy food. I love eating raw chillis, and using chillis sauces on absolutely anything

the hottest chilli that I’m aware of having is the mad dogs revenge, which is 1 000 000 scovilke units

does anyone else love the heat? Any recommendations on other chilli condiments?

This can not be the hottest, because made from habanero which is not the hottest chili in the World, you need to look for Carolina Reaper and that one is dangerous, because has a sweet aroma and hits u after.

Yes I know there’s hotter, but like I’ve said, the hottest ‘I’m aware of having’ is the mad dog....but I do plan to go hotter, so thanks for sharing the link (if you don’t hear from me after a while, you’ll know why! Lol)

In our house we swear by Linghams Hot Sauce (the original) for a taste of SE Asia - made in Malaysia for over 100 years.

Watch out for the Extra Hot one!

Oooh nice selection...definitely drawn to the extra hot one already! Malay food is gorgeous so I can imagine how good these flavours are

Lol I think it’s the adrenaline rush I enjoy. For me, I have sinus issues, so the heat levels sends a shock wave through them to clear the airways, so I get to breathe proper - so perhaps that rush of oxygen is what I enjoy

I really do enjoy spicy food, but I want to also enjoy the other flavours in a dish. I don't like it when all your getting is an intense and lingering level of heat that leaves you sweating and lunging for the nearest drink.
