I just want to let people know that I've had a few problems with buying 'deals' off Amazon that have come from Chinese companies. The deals are not only poor quality - one head massage almost scalped me and left me with a bald patch the size of a 10p piece as it ripped my hair out and in one instance, A chinese company deliberately conned me out of money by advertising one thing and a day after shipment, changing the advert, description and picture to something entirely different. Fortunately Amazon refunded me as the company were non compliant. I am put off from purchasing goods from China now.
It's a bit hit and miss with Chinese companies. I've had a couple of problems, but nothing major, and all issues were resolved.
Had some really good stuff for not much money.

I understand what your saying. I can't say i've had problems with all the goods i've had from China it's just that in recent months i've had more problems with them than ever before. It's spoiling it for the good companies and for the good deals.
Had a few problems myself but after Brexit it won't be as cheap so end of problem 
I don't like to buy from China because it means I have to wait 30 days. I don't mind if the products are Chinese and are in a European warehouse somewhere.
I don't mind the 30 day wait I've bought a lot of stuff from china in the past, but what i do mind is paying money for 2 items to the tune of 20 quid and recieving 2 table mats worth 50p each instead and then being told by the company that i can only be refunded 20 percent of my cash if I send them back.
MelanieLloyd Never faced that issue, anytime I purchased something I was able to return it and getting all of the money back. What was the excuse?
LordUnbox The didn't give an excuse. This is what they wrote back. The origional advert on here showed two Cat Beds for 12.00 original price was 29.00. 2 .. and this is a copy of the mail they sent me when i e mailed them and said the item had changed. The new adverts description is also misleading as what they sent were two 9 X 5 inch table mats. If they had actually been Pet beds and my cats could use them they I would have just accepted it. What annoyed me more was that they completely changed the advert after me buying and made it look as if I had known what i was purchasing. I didn't even know companies could change adverts just like that. Anyhow it's all sorted now. Gutted though as those cat beds looked so cozy.
