They have got to start early to brainwash people in plenty of time to buy overpriced junk at the most expensive time of year.

The adverts are perfect if you need to budget .If people all waited to do Christmas shopping in the last couple of weeks then that is purely the reason why people are skint in January . By stretching it out and the adverts are done for a reason they are to get people to spend earlier so to get those bargains .For me I purchase throughout the year for Chrismtas and other parts of the year if I need and 1 last thing is Itotally love anything to do with Christmas. The Asda advert is pure class and canny wait till John Lewis . Both though will always be miles behind though "Holidays are coming" COCA COLA .

stuartsmith544 I purchase through out the year but I don’t need adverts to tell me to buy lol. I do love Christmas but think adverts and such could wait a couple more weeks before they start.

They are driving me crazy already.

Christmas isn't for another 7 weeks and some of them have been going for a fortnight odd already.

I haven't actually noticed. I'm pretty organised this year, just got my parents and in laws to buy for and the food. The only Christmas as I've seen is the M&S one, which I'm not that keen on.

I love the first two weeks of them then I can't wait to skip them. The Asda one is clever, The Dawn French one is cute and the Sainsburys mega feast is a little tone deaf in the times of hardship. Nothing will beat Edgar the dragon!

I don't watch Live TV. 😀

Pay about £13p/m for something I don't like nor want? That'd be a waste of money.

PhilipMarc I was about to say the same, we are lucky not having live tv as we don't have to see any of those annoying adverts. Long live DVD's & Netflix

It really bad they should not advertise till after rembance Sunday as its too early all I know there will be tons of bargains out there this year if people leave it to the last moment as the UK is facing hard times in the new year with everything going up ect don't get into debt girls and guys as cost of paying back the debt will be higher cos of the bank of England rising inflation ect

I know a lot of us find these advert annoying but unfortunately companies are having to do all they can to get our custom so they can survive.

I don't really notice or care for any Christmas adverts. The adverts are expensive gimmicks and pointless every year.

I noticed them a lot more yesterday after reading this chat. I have to say that none of them are that good this year. I saw the Asda one for the first time yesterday, it was alright, but nothing special. Same with the Sainsbury one.
