I was wondering if we could work together let me know the best xmas presents for 2022 to get the kids the must have presents and has any1 started xmas shopping
Do you have a budget for your kids? I don't have kids but usually give the kiddies in my family £20 in a card as they change their minds every 2 minutes on what they do and don't like. That way they can buy whatever they want. This site is great for earning vouchers for amazon I collect mine throughout the year and save them in Amazon until October/November time and I have a list of what I'm wanting for the adults in my family. They usually get 1-2 big present or 3-4 smaller ones depending on what I'm getting them and how much they cost.
Chelsea0121 thank you very much iambic new to this and I had the same thought to do it without the year for Xmas do you mind me asking how much u roughly can make doing it .
I think a budget for kids is healthy as we would all live to give them everything they ask for reminding our self that it's only one day out of a year . I like to do parks vouchers so am blesses that way am never running about at last min . But everyone loves a deal and a insight on how other people plan and manage Christmas
It would be helpful to know the ages of your children to get appropriate suggestions. And perhaps their interests?
snoogans888 hi that you for your comment . I really ment in general for everybody but mine are 20 , 17 , 14 8 and grand children are 4 and 2 but I also buy for nieces and nephews . As my son likes to say am a uncool mum so I thought this chat would be good for people to suggest the hip and cool toys clothes or gadgets
misstee oh wow sounds like you have a lot of people to please at Xmas! I’m guessing older kids want money or the latest iPhone/watch/air pods.
I only have a 3 year old and we’ve been buying her Lego kits when they’ve been on offer.
Oh yes let's say I have a big family oh the joys I always feel bad giving money or gift voucher I some times think this as a thoughtful gift kind of like here go buy ure own hehe Ave been looking at the logo kits for my grandson at 4 but I wasn't to sure if he was to young for logo or not
Every year it's a last minute shop for me but this year I started getting a few bits in for my nephew's after my daughters birthday next week I will be getting my baby's Christmas sorted as I don't know what my oldest wants yet
Leannexxx I used to leave it till last min but then I got older and fed up of the rush so I try to b as sorted as I can . I try to set aside an hour or 2 on a Friday even with a cheeky glass of wine and do alittle bit of shopping it's amazing how maybe getting 1 present a week can go along way
misstee well for me it was getting paid monthly and having paying most of my bills I didn't have much left so that was the only way I could do it get in front with my bills then have a good bit of money to get everything done at once but it's stressful as my other half has changed jobs and he gets paid weekly it's made it alot easier for us
Leannexxx oh yes the dreaded monthly pay I used to be on that and that's when doing parks came in handy sometimes I hated my first payments to them in Jan as I thought Ave just got xmas out the way but by the time Oct came back around I would have the vouchers . I only ever got the amount of vouchers that I need for the kids so for example if there amount was 200 each I would get 400 of vouchers . Obv my family is some what bigger now so we all must do the best we can .
I have been saving up my survey vouchers to get my sons Christmas presents and a few of the family presents too. I make a list of what he would like and then get what I can with the amount of vouchers I have. I don't spend anything over the voucher amount on my son. That way I have money to get the family presents and to get the food. I've got vouchers for Iceland so will get some food from there for Christmas day.
