Christmas Dinner
Ask a Question
What time does everyone have their Christmas dinner at? I know people who have it at 12pm and others have it at 6pm
It's a standing joke in our house, I normally say 2/2.30pm and it normally ends up being about 3.30pm.
It used to depend on my sister as she works in care, if she worked an early would finish at 2.30pm so we'd have it after 3pm, if she was on a late we'd have it by 1pm. I preder to have it mid afternoon, then pig out of leftovers in the evening
Around half five when our Indian take away gets delivered no body eats cooked dinner in our house except myself but see no point cooking for one
The typical christmas dinner I have is a steak so not very traditional but I rarely have steak so it's become a family tradition on Christmas day. We have a turkey or chicken roast on boxing day. Being steak it's easier to cook and have it about 12-1pm.
