I was just reminded of an older TV advert and I thought to create this here to see if I can get another thread going.
Feel free to post any adverts you remember seeing on TV
I used to hate the You've Been Tangoed ads, to such an extent that I have never bought it since. I won't buy the product if the ad is bad or patronising.
I remember long ago an ad for washing machines in a large empty white room where they pulled out perfectly clean washing. My gripe? There were no plugs and it was obviously just a machine that had not been used!
This will be a future 'classic'. The Twitter UK 2018 Christmas ad about a real life American man named John Lewis, who for many years has been mistaken for the department store chain of the same name on Twitter -
