I think that was rather obvious , the barriers come down when drinking alcohol and most people become more friendly

No I'm not i ended up fighting all the time or arguing so I don't drink anymore better that way
All depends on their personality.
As Imnotcheap says, the majority get more friendly, but there's always a few a-holes who take out the frustrations in their life on other people.
There's were a couple of people down our local who we'd knew would cause trouble after they'd had a few because they couldn't handle their drink.
I'm get giggly when I had a few and I am more likely to get into a conversations with people I don't know.
I definitely do. When I get too drunk I become way to happy and wanna get off with my mates lol
Its funny , when i was younger and had a few pints i actually played darts better than sober 
I think I'm fairly chatty anyways but I can talk the hind legs off a donkey after a few. I also know my limits tho & when it's time to go home.
I would say it changes me alot I'm more cuddly and alot more confident I think it's where I am much more relaxed in myself
