How Did You All Cope Today When Internet Failed

In the News

😂 😂 could you imagine if this happened again and never come back. I find it funny people cry when social media fails for few hours.

A number of major websites across the world were unavailable because of a failure by a major web firm providing servers.

The UK Government website, the New York Times and Reddit are all among those that were failing to connect.

Amazon said it began experiencing problems from around 10:30am. It's still unclear what's causing the outage, which is stopping people from shopping on the app and website.

Fortunately, I wasn't online when the worst of this was happening. I only became aware there had been an issue when I saw an online news article.

Didn't even know there was an issue until I saw it on the news. Based on the websites that were down I don't think it would have bothered me

I thought my internet line might have maintenance and was just slowing down a bit.

Did it? I was at work so didn’t even notice that it had gone down.

I didn’t experience any problems but I could definitely go without for a day or two. It’s mainly for work so I need it to earn.

I noticed some issues with the internet in the morning but I thought it was a problem my end until I saw that on the news. It can be frustrating when there are issues with the internet not working, sites going down, etc but I tend to just get on with other things and wait for it to be sorted.

I didn't notice this at all.

Did have an odd problem last night in that my Echo devices stopped following orders.

I had to use this thing called a light switch to induce darkness at bedtime.
