Does the stats reflect your experience, was there a lot less anti social behaviour, robbery etc. In your area?
I think initially when the first lockdown began there was less anti social behaviour in my area, but it didn't last long as people didn't follow the lockdown rules for very long.
Only 8%? Not much.

Even the cops don't necessarily stand much of a chance since they only have batons and tasers while other real cops from around the world carry guns.
