I’m sitting listening to my other half on the phone to virgin media. Which are generally ok, but he’s probably about to explode. He’s been on the phone an hour and only wants to upgrade our broadband but it’s not too straightforwar. He does like to go around the houses but he’s explaining himself for the third time now. Same script , an hour in. He’s been passed to the third department now

Anyone else have trouble being passed about on the phone so much you want to physically launch something?

I’m forever taking over and I literally don’t get a break from life all day. (Big family) So no, not likely. I sound harsh but I’m the go to person in my house.... it’s draining!

I understand his pain. Virgin in my experience aren't great to communicate with!

I used to do automotive Customer service and always made sure I gave a high level of customer service especially when people are spending hundreds on their vehicles. So if I ever receive poor customer service, I soon tell them how poor they are, it doesn’t take much, and that is the job they have chosen so they should get on with it!

Maybe it’s worth considering changing your broadband provider. After all there are lots to choose from. We’re with Bt and are pleased with the speed and service. Just ask your neighbours to find who they are with and if they’re pleased with the service and speed.
