I do too but also know where to stop am a bugger for chewing skin around nail if it annoys me

I bite my nails and have done so for as long as I can remember, over 60 years. I have stopped loads of times and get them looking really nice but it is fatal if I am watching something suspenseful, if one goes, they all go!

No, I don't bite mine. They grow so fast I have to cut them every couple of weeks or else they get so long it slows me up when typing. I can grow them very long if I want to.

I dislike nail biting & hate seeing people chewing them. My OH is a nail biter & it drives me to distraction, I'm constantly nagging him about it.

This is a weird habit I never understood.

I see this. I have a bad habit of doing exactly this. I can't help myself it's nerves and I do it without even knowing so I may have to invest in some of that nasty tasting dip stuff to stop

I used to be really bad for doing this as it was a trigger from anxiety I don’t do it so much now but I used to bite them right down to the quick
