Did the Daleks Scare You as a Child?

So Im browsing the internet, and I came across a toothpick exterminator.
The word exterminator suddenly reminded me of those Daleks in Dr Who. Those weird looking things that use to scare me to death as a kid, especially when they started screeching 'EXTERMINATE'
Am I the only one afraid of the Daleks?
Glitterandgold The weeping angels were really creepy. It was the whole thing about not being able to stop yourself from blinking so you couldn't escape them that got to me
I was when I first saw them as a kid, but then it didn’t take me long to work out they were silly
hspexy it took me years, and I still have flashbacks today. As if they were real. 
hspexy it was the EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE, EXTERMINATE.. just that word takes me back 30 odd years.
Nope never scared me nothing did in Dr who, only ScFi thing as a child that scared me was that old green face/alien at the end of the tiles of Star Trek
neo1 lol. I didnt really watch Star Trek as a kid. I think seeing those Daleks were enough for me. I'd rather watch Rainbow 
no matter how annoying Bungle & Zippy were.
, also Pipkins for some bizarre reason, those puppets should have scared the life out of anyone 
I though the daleks were funny when I was little. The only episodes that scared me were the waters of Mars and the one with the people with viruses who chased the doctor and his friends around trying to touch them so they would get infected
yes they used to make me hide behind the sofa and still now gives me a shiver down my spine ha ha h a
I was petrified, used to hide behind the chair & as I didn't realised that Dalek couldn't go upstairs
