Which night you prefer dark or light?

Who can’t wait for the longer nights, or do people prefer the darker nights, personally love getting home from work and being able to go out in the light!!
I find I'm far more productive during the lighter nights & get more work done as I will often work later into the evening. I just seem go have more energy. I enjoy going out to the pub on a warm Summers night more too. However I do enjoy cozy evenings in with the fire lit & sat in my PJs tho in the darker evenings.
Wow really surprised at everyone preferring dark evenings. I hate late evening jobs driving around in the dark, especially in adverse weather conditions. When it is light when I get home I am far more inclined to do things rather than huddle up on the sofa in the cold dark evenings. It is a good time for gardening too, apart from flying insects.
I prefer longer daylight hours, as I do more outdoors. I don’t mind being out at night, but when it’s darker, it’s usually colder, and I much prefer the warmth
Light nights as it makes the day longer so I can get more done. Plus when it comes to watering plants during summer I appreciate being able to see what I am doing
I can't wait for the longer daylight hours and also to have some nicer weather will be lovely
I prefer the summer lighter evenings. We can chill out the garden with our daughter for an hour or so when my wife finishes work at 5. By the time she gets home now its too dark to go anywhere.
No such thing as a "light night". When it's "light" it's "day"and when it goes "dark" (after sunset) it then becomes "night". NIght is defined as the period between sunset and sunrise.
NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE KNOW THAT!
Can I just make the point light nights mean summer and we all know what that means... hay fever
We also say sunset and sunrise even though we know the sun doesn't rise or set, it's just an illusion caused by the rotation of the earth as it travels round the sun, I suppose it's better than explaining what's really happening (so I'll excuse it)
Light all the way. Finishing work at 11pm when it's only just starting to get dark around 9.30/10pm feels like my shift just flies by. And less layers! I hate being cold.
Really looking forward to the lighter evenings, much more enjoyable and I find it means there's more you can do in the evenings than when the nights are darker
i love short nights but having kids with it isnt so great when they fight me at bed time lol
