How to Deal/help Hormonal Child

Ask a Question

My daughter only aged 9 has been so hormonal and damn right cheeky.. weve had it confirmed she is going through early puperty 😭 and awaiting paediatric referal, but her cheek is out of control, constant cramping, mood swings, emotions with lots more side effects I’ve not added. How do you help a child understand what’s going on to her little body and help her 😢

I’ve been reommened oil diffuser and lavender i’ve set this up and see how it goes over next few days but anyone got any suggestions the referal may take 3 months.
