Doing a Diet without Putting Yourself at Risk

Other

I've been doing a diet myself, walking, running and eating very moderately these days so I've been dropping from 90kg all the way down to 80kg, though my objective is to reach 70kg at the very least.

Eating in excessive amounts is unnecessary, you end up on eating more than you actually want and that of course ends up putting more weight on ya. The type of food I eat these days is rice, soup, drink milk, water, etc and keep it in control so I don't gain weight as that's the one thing I'm working towards not to add. 😛

Meat and fish are great (vegetarians are kind of hypocrites when they eat foods that look and somewhat taste like meat/fish since they decided to go vegan) and it doesn't hurt to eat every once a week or once a month.

Y'all got advice? Post below. 🙂

I always have good intentions and try to stick to 3 meals a day etc but I just LOVE food! I love eating, I am one of those people who live to eat not eat to live 😂 I run a lot but i never think 'oh ive burned off X amount of calories' i just see it as being able to eat more food!

You are doing fantastic with your weight loss and it makes me happy to see you are doing it sensibly without any faddy diet. I always think it is odd that vegetarians want their substitutes to look like a meat too!! we try to eat vegetarian meals a couple of times a week but to be honest it's because it's easier on my wallet rather than my waistline!

I think a little of what you fancy does you good & everything in moderation but i struggle to put that into practice 😂

What's worse is that vegan food that looks like meat costs way more so it defeats the purpose of even going vegan at all (fruits, vegetables, etc can be pretty cheap). I read vegans feel bad about animals being put to 'rest' so that we can eat them, I suppose they have that guilt and this is how they 'solve' it.

I am disabled. And I do watch my Wight. But I do have a few treats in out. I eat a lot of fruit and veg. And drink lots of water. I all so eat lot of seafood has well. And I do like some fish. All my meals I do my self. I all so do baking as well. I all like to see what's in my food. There just to much added to food now. Which is bad.. so this my diet. The some diets are bad for you. Some people go for to skinny. You can see the bones. And some diets have killed some people

That's the thing with extreme diets. People in those cases eat too little to reach a certain amount of weight which in return harms them as they'll still feel hungry, fragile and possibly affect them mentally (not being able to think clearly and logically).

I want to get back to being as fit (I just have a tad of extra fat right now) as I was before but not too skinny either.
