Are You Drinking More?

Ask a Question

During lockdown, I find that I am drinking more alchol, previously I would only have a drink on a Friday or Saturday night, but find that I am having a gin and tonic four to five t ones a week. I only have one but know it's not a good habit to get in can anyone let me know if the alcohol free gin are any good?

I've drinking less, as I've only been to the pub a few times since the lockdown restrictions eased and I've not been drinking much alcohol at home.

No. I thought I would, as I did buy a bit in the summer, but I didn’t end up drinking as much.

I have been drinking less this year as I have less money now and can't afford to spend much money on alcohol

I don't drink alcohol, not a fan of the taste and even half a glass of something makes me light headed. It's not something I've started during lockdown. A friend bought us non alcoholic fruit cider and it was very nice, but not something I would buy myself as don't buy non alcoholic drinks. I'm afraid I cant help on the alcohol free gin front.

I’ve been pregnant during the whole of lockdown so no alcohol for me but I’ve wanted to drink more than ever! I think the alcohol industry is booming...

So is the mask industry and inevitably the vaccine industry. Oh boy.

I’m not drinking more but eating more. My husband works from home since the beginning of the pandemic so every afternoon we have tea and cake. Also we are getting through lots of big bags of crisps!

I don't drink, and I have tried a few alcohol free drinks, and most are a bit pointless, as you pay more for something that just tastes like soda

I have to admit I am drinking a bit more, and its not helped by being organised and having already purchased the Christmas shop, taking advantage of the Tesco deal at the time, and have also joined the Craft Gin Club! Hopefully we will still have some left by Christmas...

Snap! We have a garage full of alcohol as our daughter is getting married next year and we can provide our own champagne and wine. It is far too tempting.....

Alcohol, obesity, drugs, smoking and no exercise... What could possibly go wrong.
