Driving Shoes
Ask a Question
What kind of shoes do you wear for driving in? I bought a new of trainers the other day; they're great for work but not so good for driving in, probably because they're thicker in the sole.
I bought my previous pair from Tesco, they were really good for driving so I think I'm going to get a pair just for that.
What brand do you recommend?

I think because I have been driving for so many years I can drive in almost any foot wear. I'm lucky that way.

I am just like you I have a pair of shoes in my car. So wear them when driving and take off when finished. Everyone finds it so strange but that's how I feel comfortable

I drive in whatever I'm wearing. I'm always in such a rush that I don't think I could be bothered with changing shoes every time I drive. I do always wear flat shoes though.

I just drive in whatever shoes I'm wearing for the day... Only time I've changed is when wearing big bulky walking boots in a small hire car.

Never gave it a thought really, always just drive in whatever footwear I am wearing at the time.

I drive in whatever im wearing, on long journeys i like to drive without shoes

Anything except really high heels. I tried once, couldn't even set off.

Not really a problem I find but many modern "trainers "are very wide which takes some getting used to .

I can drive in any shoes , boots or heels it depends what outfit I am wearing

I used to drive in heels but found it ruined the heels and would mark them so I now drive in flat shoes or trainers

Any will do. It's more to do with experience and knowing the laws/rules while driving.
