Dubious PC Game Key Marketplace (GamesDeal)

A user has posted two GamesDeal offers but has anyone ever heard of this game/app key retailer? It seems dodgy.

I did a search on Google and there's a possibility this might not be genuine. Especially when you take into account they're selling Windows 10 Home for $11.42 when it retails for $94.59 (Amazon).

Another example, Microsoft Office 2016 Home & Student is $45.62 at GamesDeal while $117.85 at Amazon.

This is something that Kelsey and Tom should look into so LD users and visitors are protected from being scammed or buying stolen keys which may be revoked later.
