Duplicate posts

I thought I should create this to get any other opinions on what is an acceptable amount of time for something to be posted again. Also how much of a price drop before it can be posted again.
I think 2 weeks is acceptable but maybe some of the more regular users will not like seeing the same posts popping up so often and will become annoyed.
Price drops are a bit more difficult.
If it's a Blu-Ray that has been posted at £6.50 and then drops to £6.07 I wouldn't think that is worth a repost, but, if an item that is on offer at £300 then drops further to £275 2 days later, I think that would be worth posting again.
Any thoughts ?
Taken from the site guidelines.
Duplicate deals (first come, first served)
It wouldn’t be a very helpful place if the whole site was flooded with the same deal. Because of that we’ve agreed that duplicate deals are dealt with on a first-come-first-served basis. If you’re quick off the mark and spot the bargain first then you get to reap the rewards - go go go!

1 month is an acceptable time to repost something.

£1 is fine as a marker to if it should be posted again. There are some companies who use changing their price as an advertising feature, in cahoots with mods and certain posters, so they can be posted most days every week, with the same old items. Just look at CDKeys over on the other site. The same 5 items posted weekly with a 10-50p difference constantly. A site they have had a deal with for a long time to advertise (even going so far as removing negative comments about the site). I would hope that sort of stuff doesn't happen here. Although i think the mods here are good people and not corrupt braindead morons like the ones on the other site.
Wasn't it one month?
And if a Blu-ray or w/e drops from £6.99 to £6.50 or less and whether that's worth posting, that's down to the poster.
Good point Steve.
Also if the price is changed up or down... do you expire the original deal and approve or keep the new reduced deal posted? Or do you advice the OP to place an edit?
I am sticking to my Comps and Freebie posts. I am leaving Deals and Vouchers to other experts. Good luck peeps...
