It amazes me, the things people do, like riding a E-Scooter on the A972 Kingsway Dual Carriageway to the North of Dundee

Guess it was sooped up somehow sadly doesn't surprise me what some idiots will do without thinking about the consequences
I just feel sorry for the driver who could hit him, from no fault of their own
I see people doing stupid things on e-scooters, e-bikes, e-unicycles and e-skateboards all the time. It's only a matter of time before we hear more about accidents. A reminder that the boss of Segway accidentally killed himself in 2010 when he went over the side of a cliff while riding one of his company's creations 
Surprised police aren't simply confiscating vehicles that aren't legal to ride on the road. I honestly don't think its that hard to check the legality of such vehicles. Ebikes for example can only go to 15.5mph assisted so if you did a quick test and the bike lets say exceeded 17mph from its motor then you would know it is illegal.
