Energy Drinks Could Cause You to Lose Your Hair

In the News

Personally i would never touch an energy drink , they are loaded with caffeine that can be bad for your heart

Now it seems a group of Chinese scientists have claimed they and other drinks can contribute towards hair loss in men , the others being fizzy drinks and even sweetened tea and coffee ??

Then there is fast food and eating fewer vegetables, other things they say contribute towards hair loss which is due to the lack of vitamins

It seems there isn't much hope for us males , some are doomed to be domed, unless you already are ?

The good news is they doesn't seem to affect women

I never take any notice of what a scientist has to say or their research results.

Some guys actually look pretty good all bald. It's just something that they have to get used to if it happens to them.

The actor Steve Martin for example on his late 30's got gray/white hair rather than losing his hair. Supposedly due to genetics.

I'd not mind having gray/white hair myself, there are a few hairs that started turning "blonde." 😜

I wonder why it doesn't affect women in the same way. My partner has recently shaved all his hair off because his bold patch has got even worse. He's not even 35 yet so quite young but just one of those things I suppose, he doesn't drink coffee or have many fizzy drinks.

Midnightflower It's a genetic trait in most men. You wonder if these so called scientists couldn't spend their time doing some proper research that could help the world. The amount of scientific studies you hear that seem an utter waste of money is ridiculous. Seems even China has some idiot in charge throwing money away. I've heard of this thing called global warming that may need the attention of scientists to reduce its effects and come up with a long term plan for the environment maybe they could spend some time on that.

BonzoBanana I agree, we have much more pressing concerns that need dealing with but I imagine it's all about the money they can make if they find a cure.
