So this year’s Eurovision is off, but the organisers are planning an alternative show that will "honour the songs and artists" that were due to take part of the contest this May
Are you a fan of Eurovision? What kind of alternative would you like to see?
I used to be and I would watch it every year but last year I vowed that would be my last Eurovision. There's no point to the UK taking part and Graham Norton is no Terry Wogan and its not as funny as it used to be. It has a lot of agendas going on . I'm not bothered it is cancelled and they can keep it that way for me, but I know lots of people do enjoy it.
I have not watched it in years, as it seems very fixed. Probably no better than the likes of X Factor! I guess we can put the singers in masks and see how that goes - perhaps masked inspired by their countries? 
Lol sounds like a familiar format, but obviously with a continental twist! Maybe they should sing and people need to guess what country they’re from? And their costume gives clues? I mean nothing too hard - or the show would be too long!

Yippee! One year when we won't get 'nul points'. The only sad thing about the cancellation is the fact that James Newman's song was, by far, the best song we've had in years. That said, if other countries could give us a minus vote then they would. Imagine it 'Royaume-Uni -612 points'
