Excel Course
Ask a Question
Anyone know where I can find a excel course for free? I would say intermediate/ advance level.
Have you tried just typing it I toGoogle? I find the courses go over what you may already know so you’re better off just finding tutorials on what you want to learn specifically
TinaKaur94941 yes I have tried to watch videos on youtube but I want something to follow with exercises.
GSM Why not create a excel spreadsheet that interests you and keep expanding it with new features, images, formula's etc. If its something you are interested in then that is a good motivation to learning excel. I learned a lot about Excel by making a spreadsheet about the bicycles I own and also camera's. Each time I wanted to add features to it and change the presentation of it I had to learn how to do that.
BonzoBanana thanks for the recommendation but in the end I got a licence for LinkedIn learning which has a lot of excel courses
BlueOrchid All sorts from action cameras to DSLR's. I'm a terrible gadget freak for buying cameras I don't actually need if I see them cheap or just like the spec.
You tube is the place to0 be for free Excel tutorials ranging from very basic to incredibly complicated spreadsheet's and dashboards that make my head spin! https://www.youtube.com/c/LeilaGharani is an excellent teacher and covers all sorts of topics so is well worth exploring. https://www.youtube.com/c/TeachExcel is another really good one. The other two I follow and have learnt a lot from are https://www.youtube.com/c/MyOnlineTrainingHub and https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKsfJnvC-HCoEQEEIKZIzQQ/featured. You probably cant go to far wrong with just these 4.
Youtube is a fantastic resource. As I've built up excel sheets and come across features I don't understand how to use I will search on youtube for advice for that feature and how to use it and don't think I've ever been disappointed there is always some video that explains it and you can see exactly what they do to use that feature. I might have to play that video a few times to take it all in and understand the logic of that feature but always get there in the end.
