This is nothing new, I think most people realise that exercise is good for helping with depression. They have been telling us for years.
Yes L, we all know excercise is good for you but this explains how it happens , triggering changes to the brain

They say video games are bad for you long term TC, but you have one there that is actually good for you
Do responders realise that they give points to this daily "non news poster " every time they post a reply ? I suggest members treat such posters as the "boring bloke down the Pub sitting in the corner " ?

Leannexxx As you may or may not have noticed I always try to look after my fellow members - Perhaps you haven't noticed ? You are all my mates and whether it's my deals or my comments they are all to look after the interests of fellow members .
Golfforall it really doesn't come off like that at all so that's probably why you get the response like you have had I just think if people wanna post let them post its doing no harm to anyone

As i have said in the past Mr G is probably a nice person , but behind the keyboard he can be a jekyl and hyde
I dont know why he has taken a dislike to me , since i joined LD i always try to show respect to everyone and would never dream of making personal comments about the poster, i only comment about the content
My return comments have always been fair under the circumstances
And i post gifs to try to bring humour to the situation
I would gladly go down the pub with you G, i would even buy you a pint, so lets try to be civil to one another , lifes too short for confrontation
I give up - I surrender ! and to be honest I'm not in the least bothered . Certainly not going to waste more time . As I have said previously I may even be inclined to interract with your "news " posts were they 3 or 4 times a week rather than 2 each and every day (wonder why that is ) . Anyway getting very boring , I've said my bit . If it keeps you happy and you are not embarrassed then fair enough .
