This is nothing new, I think most people realise that exercise is good for helping with depression. They have been telling us for years.

Yes L, we all know excercise is good for you but this explains how it happens , triggering changes to the brain

I like things explained scientifically myself

Do responders realise that they give points to this daily "non news poster " every time they post a reply ? I suggest members treat such posters as the "boring bloke down the Pub sitting in the corner " ?

Golfforall sorry but if you don't like it you don't need to read this topic or comment on this

Golfforall G, what do you expect when you come on my post and attack me once again for no reason ?

Its called trolling and i am just depicting you as the person you are

You dont need to cry about it

If you want to join in the conversation about depression then you are welcome, but dont post your negative unneccessary comments to make us all depressed

I take it you had a bad game today ?

Leannexxx As you may or may not have noticed I always try to look after my fellow members - Perhaps you haven't noticed ? You are all my mates and whether it's my deals or my comments they are all to look after the interests of fellow members .

Golfforall it really doesn't come off like that at all so that's probably why you get the response like you have had I just think if people wanna post let them post its doing no harm to anyone

Leannexxx I am always direct and straight to the point - but always polite-ish , never abusive . Some folks don't like straight talk , if that offends I apologise -that's me .

Check my Deals , check my chat posts - only ever in defence or to the advantage of members .

That's why I'm on here to help save members money - as we all are - surely ?

Sad , but an expected reply πŸ˜’ Don't think a further comment is required , when an intelligent comment could be considered , why not use an inane GIF ? Even below your usual exceedingly low standards .

Golfforall G, please try to behave like a grown up, if you want to troll someone try facebook , but please keep your comments off my posts

You have achieved what you set out to do , ruined a good informative chat again

Thank you

My apologies to the other members on his behalf for this

telmel Sadly you twice daily ( coincidence ? or for points?) subject us to your "news posts" . I do not normally respond (to give you more points ) . OK I get it , you are the boring bloke down the Pub who no one talks to -fair enough . Every time I feel I should be sympathetic to you ,you produce your inane GIFs . I'm done you have my sympathies . And I would love yo to come down my Pub so we could have a natter πŸ˜€

Thank you for your support about this everyone

As i have said in the past Mr G is probably a nice person , but behind the keyboard he can be a jekyl and hyde

I dont know why he has taken a dislike to me , since i joined LD i always try to show respect to everyone and would never dream of making personal comments about the poster, i only comment about the content

My return comments have always been fair under the circumstances

And i post gifs to try to bring humour to the situation

I would gladly go down the pub with you G, i would even buy you a pint, so lets try to be civil to one another , lifes too short for confrontation

I give up - I surrender ! and to be honest I'm not in the least bothered . Certainly not going to waste more time . As I have said previously I may even be inclined to interract with your "news " posts were they 3 or 4 times a week rather than 2 each and every day (wonder why that is ) . Anyway getting very boring , I've said my bit . If it keeps you happy and you are not embarrassed then fair enough .

Golfforall So is the pint still on the table G ?

Ps

I just read your last post G

You say you are trying to protect other members

Against me ?

Am i harming anyone so they need protection ??

And what are you trying to convince others about ?

I am totally confused with what you are saying, you make me sound like a mass murderer

I still wish you well G, and if you change your mind ------------
