Do You Exercise Regularly?

Ask a Question

Are we all quite a fit lot here at LD or are you more of a couch potato? I know running around after family is a full time workout!

Usually only in the run up to a beach holiday! I used to find more time to exercise before having kids.

I have back issues so exercising is super painful. I would love to be able to exercice though as I'm piling on the pounds this year 🙈

I run to catch the bus or to university so that I get in on time. Otherwise I like to walk to a lot to places for long hours like 6+ without getting the bus during Saturdays. I also scooter and roller skate when I can. I do different activities throughout the year.

I don't but I really should. Even though I don't look fat per say, I feel as though I'm not physically fit as I was before. You get that when you become a slacker.

This guy who shared his story encompasses perfectly why being fat is not okay.

I play netball every week, walk my dogs for at least an hour and have an active job... I cant sit around all day doing nothing or stay in bed past 10 on a weekend 🙄
