Exfoliating Scrubs

Other

What do you guys use to exfoliate your skin, to prevent ingrown hair. How much does it cost. Have come across some that cost soo much.

Looking for one that works at a reasonable price

There are lots of recipes online to make cheap scrubs or just buy cheap ones from Body Shop or Superdrug. These shops always have offers. Of course as Christmas is coming up drop some hints to friends, colleagues or family.

Look for Oatmeal, honey and sugar recipes for bodyscrubs. Cheap and simple. Facial scrubs and follicle problems need a bit more care. A sugar and oil combo carefully rubbed in a circular motion then rinsed and wiped over with a tea tree solution should help. (remember in all cases you act like you are stroking a kitten rather than scrubbing the floor 🤣 )

I would recommend an exfoliating serum. They are not prone to cause scratches and tears in your skin. Look for products that have at least 2% salicylic acid or willow bark extract, also known as BHAs. Scrubs will damage your skin barrier in the long run.
