my hubby makes a mean curry loads of chillies which i love or a fab roast dinner... specially with beef ... its always so tender it melts in your mouth

I love doing roast dinners. My favourite is roast pork with home made Apple sauce. And i love cheese mash onion Tomtoes bake. It's one I made up at school and won award for it. And I make it a lot. Go's well with Saugus and bake beans..and I all so do butter chicken thighs it's been in the family for years. That's nice with mash and sweet corn. I make a lot of it.
Had pork and apple sauce yesterday. Cooked pork in slow cooker for 8 hours and it just fell apart!

1) OVEN DISH
2) CHOP TWO ONIONS UP
3) ONE CAN OF CHOP TOMATOES
4) PACKET OF MASH
5) two fresh tomatoes
I love fish pie....yumm....I make the fish like a curry: masala fish with coriander and it taste so good.
