Mine was the bay city rollers. Dress like them. Had posters all over my bedroom wall. Had all the tapes. And know all the words to there songs. The 70's was the best. Wish I could back for a day. Every one was happy and free.👖👒

My mum loved them! I grew up listening to their songs! I still belt them out on the occasional times they come on the radio or when played at weddings etc.

I lived in Oz from 67 to 70 and had a bad crush on Johnny Farnham, fantastic singer and even today his songs do not sound outdated. Think he goes by John these days but probably retired by now!

He was considered to be the Australian Cliff Richard of his day but I don't expect he does much now. I expect you would recognise some of his music as it is still up to date and often covered by others. You could search him.

Although he is originally from Essex he is an Australian pop star. I went to school out there and we were all mad about him. If you look him up on you tube I am sure you will recognise 1 or 2 of his songs.

I grew up in the days of Westlife, Five, Blue etc but my parents always had the music from their youth (60s/70s) playing so I had a very broad spectrum of music growing up. I wouldn't say I had a favourite band/star but thanks to my Dad I loved country and rock.

jojowane67 Country isn't for everyone. I like new country music as well as old country, but we listen to such a wide range of music in our house.

I liked Bros (that's embarassing), then New Kids on the Block (awesome LOL! Joe McIntyre was my fave ), then I went into rock music and never looked back. I was a huge G 'n' R fan. listen to rock/classic rock mostly but I do like pop too as I like to dance. Image
