Favourite Smoothie Recipes

I haven't got any wonderful recipes....but first you need a mixer which helps smooth your smoothie depending on what you like.

Fresh orange...pineapple juice...cranberry etc...

Then I go Iceland and get a variety of frozen bags of fruit...for 2 bags its £3.

So it's your mixer/juice

Fruit of your choice

Ice ....and pulse blast it.

And if it's the weekend and ya feeling 'let's HAV IT!!' Add some tipple of your choice.

I often make this smoothie for breakfast:

1 banana

Porridge oats

Tablespoon natural yogurt

Big squirt honey

Top up with almond milk

Sometimes add blueberries or cinnamon/nutmeg

I like making them with,

Strawberries

Banana

Milk

Protein Powder

This makes a great protein smoothie.

Has anyone made a smoothie with nuts in it? If so what ones did you use?

I havent made smoothies in a while but I used to just like experimenting with different fruits, berries are always a good one!
