How to Find My Username

So I very got app downloaded on mobile now yet when I go to log in on it after put my email address in it always tells me username or email is invalid but I've checked checked its deffo right 1 I'm in putting plz help
Mctash This is your username. Click on your picture (top right corner) then settings and this will bring up your account details giving username and email you signed up with
