Don't do soap or make up. Face oils only and the odd natural cleanser.

Justshopping At the moment I'm using a Garnier Hemp but only cos it was given to me don't usually spend that much. Sometimes I just buy almond oil from the chemist. For toner usually just once a week with tea tree or even plain ol witch hazel.

All my makeup and face care is from revolution, I'm currently using their foundation drops, as you can easily combine different colours, which is usual if you've recently tanned! I've harped on about them so much that my mums converted to revolution 😂

cjevans are you sure your not working for them? Hahaha just kidding, do you use primer? If so, is it with revolution or another brand?

I have a dreadful complexion so since the age of 16 I have always worn foundation from expensive to cheaper ranges. I tend to just buy Clinique and No7 best coverage ones whichever is on offer at the time.

Pjran that's reasonable I just bought MAC foundation and it is waaay over my budget. I am looking for a foundation that gives good coverage and good with the price

Justshopping might be worth you visiting Boots & John Lewis. Go to the makeup counters and ask for samples, the ladies are always very obliging and give generous quantities to try at home.

I use Maybelline hydrating foundation in the winter months which you can pick up on offer for under a £10 usually, then in summer I switch it to IT Cosmetics CC cream which can be quite expensive but it works well matching my changing skin tone as it changes with the sunshine.

Midnightflower does it blend very well with the skin? I've been to John lewis and got different brand workers to put their foundation on my face, im just looking for one that has a good coverage as I got so kany acne to cover

Justshopping yeah I find the cc cream great for adapting to your skin colour, which is why I'm willing to pay more for it (one will last the summer), then in winter I swap back to Maybelline, as it works well and is cheap.

I use Estée Lauder double wear it’s more expensive but I only buy a bottle every 5/6 months as it lasts so long you only need a little bit you can also get free foundation pot testers from Debenhams

I use Revolution concealer as foundation - it’s £7 per tube (or they do a smaller one for around £4/5) and lasts me a couple months - I find it’s often on offer in Superdrug 3 for 2. They are cruelty free and great quality, a lot of my makeup is Revolution 🙂

Justshopping I haven't tried their actually foundation sorry but find their concealer (conceal and define I think it's called) really good coverage and blends well, best I've used and I think their foundation would be the same 🙂

Justshopping that's ok, the concealers tend to be around £4-7, often on offer (Superdrug often have 3 for 2 offers on but not currently as far as I can see). On offer at Revolution at the moment for £3.99 (reduced from £7) www.revolutionbeauty.com/uk/en/up-to-30pct-off-spring-beauty/conceal-and-define-supersize-concealer-c1/1091992.html

I don't wear foundation anymore, but when I did I used Benefit oxygen wow foundation. No idea if they still make it as haven't worn make up in over 4 years. I used to wear Clinique foundation when I got free samples of it.

Justshopping I went to the make up Counters in store, got colour matched and got some to test at home. They used to advertise on fb when they were doing it. This was before covid so not sure they still do it.

Justshopping you normally had to download a voucher on your phone to show it to the person on the counter. I went to Debenhams, House of Fraser or John Lewis.

I have 3 that I use currently. Most days I just use No7 naturally light to even my skintone & a bit of light bronzer/blush. Loreal true match days in doing my face up a bit more. For special occasions/nights out I wear Armani luminous foundation. It's pricey but I got it in a special offer at the time. I really like Ester Lauder double wear, I still think it's best for long everity wear.

Justshopping The no7 & Loreal are both £10 but often can get cheaper on deals or using discount codes. The Armani us around (gulp) £40 but again on offer or discount code can come down to £30- £35 ish. Estee Lauder is around £30 nowadays too. If your interested in trying Estee double wear you can download a voucher here www.esteelauder.co.uk/foundation-sample to redeem free samples to try from your nearest counter

I have always just used tinted moisturiser or now BB cream Nivea. Had to change to BB cream or cc cream as struggle to get the tinted moisturiser. I don't like the feeling of heavy foundation, x

Probably doesn’t help but I do not wear any make up. Stopped over 30 years ago and my skin is in very good condition. I use sun screen anti ageing cream everyday.

I've found it difficult to find the perfect foundation.. nothing really matches my skin tone. But one of the closest matching foundation I loved was from Primark but they stopped selling it 🥺. It was a Turkish product called 2 in 1 golden rose foundation and concealer.. I can't find the right shade online. Recently i paid £10 for a Rimmel spf lasting radiance foundation.. only to find it wasn't a match lol
