Gonk Plant Stand from BandM Has Anyone Seen Them in the Shop

I saw a gonk plant stand for my garden from Band M advertised on line. I have been to 4 Band Ms and the staff all tell me they have never been in store. They were advertised for £15 and I have looked on eBay and someone is selling them for £33 . I am wondering how these people managed to buy them. Has this happened to anyone else with other items.
