Any Good Recipes or Tips to Use up Lemons?

We have lots of lemons left over from the weekend and would rather use them so wondered if anyone had any good recipes or tips to use up lemons? Thanks in advance.
Pancakes? Or make a lemon drizzle cake? They're really nice. Can't help with recipes though but they're a couple of ideas to get you started.
Yes I agree a lemon cake is the way forward. You can't beat a nice lemon tart or use them in a lemon chicken recipe. And lemon juice is nice in rice.
Slice them and lay on a baking tray with space in between then pop in the freezer. Once frozen pop into a box or bag then roll on the gin & tonic. Pop a slice into your glass, enjoy.
Lemon Curd! Or Lemon polenta or almond cake its like an extra special drizzle or muffins to have with yog for a quick breakfast. You can also candy them for cake toppers etc Grate the rind and mix it with herbs garlic to make a crust for meat/fish or pesto pasta also add butter and slap it on a roast! I am jealous- love lemons
