Are You Graceful in Defeat or Are You a Sore Loser?.

I hate to lose at anything but I'm good at styling it out, unlike this guy!
I remember this . So funny to watch but not nice for the other contestants. I bet his family were mortified too - he really made himself out to be a right ****.
He sure did! My sons currently practising alot, hes going to be playing lead guitar in a theatre production, he was telling me of someone who has sour grapes with him today & it reminded me of this guy.
I think as I have older I don’t really care about winning just nice to be able to take part in something and enjoy yourself
That's what I tell everyone but secretly I really really want to win, but I can except defeat far better than that guy
Wow, what a reaction. That's awful, yet absolutely amazing at the same time. I love stunned silence, especially from the other guy.
I knew it was going to be that video befor wi clicked the link i hate losing but that was horrific
I hate losing but I'd hope someone would smack me over my head if I acted that ridiculously.
If I'm playing Mario Kart, I play to win! I don't stop until I see tears and I would never accidentally fall off the side so my daughter could win, she learned to play ruthlessly because of this. Board games however as a family we play to win, but are always graceful in defeat
Yep, Its like that when we all play games. It can get VERY competitive. But we always say well done / good game at end ( Even tho I'm usually secretly seething about losing)
Completely bad in defeat. If playing a board game I must win or I will flip the table over. As a result of how badly I take loosing, I tend not to take part in games as I must win!! I will throw things if I loose. I take it very, very seriously.
Glitterandgold I lost a michael jackson pop quiz once on a cruise ship. Came second. That wasn't good... Took me several days to get over it.
Dont believe all you see most of these things are all setup from the start - i worked for the BBC and Stv and all those homes abroad and home buying programmes are an utter con they never buy the houses and the houses are all predetermined setups to advertise either the selling company or the builders as are many of the dating programmes - ever wonder why none of the dates ever meets up again - think about it and trust no 1 especially the tv media!
Unreality TV it should be called!
I dont doubt it at all. I dont tend to watch these shows but this clip does make me chuckle. I only thought of it after a particular conversation I had.
I am not so much a sore loser like this, I think Im ok with losing.. but, I don't like losing, does anyone really if they are in a competition? I'm not sure though if this isn't put up a bit..
