I had a packet of Walkers crisps on Thursday, that had a stone in them. I wouldn't normally say anything but felt if a child had them it may have caused some harm. So I rang their customer service line. The lady couldn't have been more pleasant or apologetic. She took all the details down and the next day in the post I had a £10 voucher and an envelope to return said stone for further investigation. It was so nice to receive such excellent, efficient customer service. Have you received any good customer service lately? I think there is a tendency to complain but not so often to praise and customer service can be a very thankless job.
A stone? What kind of stone? How big? It seems a very odd thing to find in a packet of crisps!
MeestairChrees only small, it was in the last few bits in the bag which I popped in my hand and put in my mouth without looking. I'm thinking it must have been in a potato and managed to get through the system. Do you know how I add a photo?
Janhrrs oh yeah, crisps are potatoes that grow in the ground! I forgot! 
Still, to get that far is impressive!
