H&M to Make Bigger Clothes
News
I saw this in the news earlier! Great news if it means some more consistency between sizes.
That said, women's clothes sizes continue to boggle my mind! I like the dumbed-down male version of small, medium and large
Most of their big sizes are not cheap, like the small ones...so I do not know how it will make their business more profitable.
'Bigger' women are gonna complain that their clothes are more expensive than other sizes, still. Most women (and obviously, men too) can control their bodies and diet down their body weight to not being too fat. But I suppose i can't say this because it might offend some. Oops.
They do, but they never have the cheap ones on the offer. I contacted them and had no answer why...
They sent me the Summer catalog and I saw some nice big items for myself, but could not purchase them, because all of them were out of stock.
I think H&M should not advertise these things, if they can not make enough stock from their items. Of course if they make it expensive, like most of their big sizes cost more than elsewhere, than no one will going to buy them and they just cause problems for themselves.
I'm glad about this as I'm size 10/12 but in H&M I have to get 14/16. I feel like a whale in that shop. I tend not to buy from them as I end up feeling like I need a diet. About time they made the clothes bigger.
I usually walk to where I need to go (than use transports) and try to stick to rice, cooked potatoes and a salad. I've kinda grew out of eating meat for now because I ate a bit too excessively a while back and doesn't taste as good now.
Going vegan isn't something I'd consider because a tasty roasted chicken (not the crap sold in stores around UK) feels so good.
I think they should not put sizing labels in, just sell them separate, so u can put the one u would like...
I have exactly the same issue, lovely clothing but need a cpl of sizes larger than I am everywhere else!
