Heinz Ice Creams
Ask a Question
just heard about them, even though they were launched a few months ago - either way, I’m in no hurry to try them
Is there one you’d fancy trying? Salad cream? Mayo? Ketchup?
Oh my god imagine the taste of that I’ve never heard of them before just seen this now. It will probably put me off me sauces I’m better off not trying it to be fair
Hi hspexy I've not seen these befor. But I would not like to try them. It would make me feel sick. What ever next. Just give me normal ice cream. They been doing this a lot to are food mixing them up. Hope you have a lovely weekend.
Hi nicolajaynehend yes they’re definitely not mainstream ice cream Have a lovely weekend also
they sound absolutely disgusting! I saw some people try them on youtube, and most of the flavours are as disgusting as they sound
I saw it on YouTube too, and they started with salad cream...it was all downhill from there
I would be, but Heinz are/were selling them online as kits for £15 each that you then make at home. I doubt I'd pay that much to try them. Plus, they were limited edition and may no longer be available online - I can't see a way to buy them. However, if they have a pop-up store for them next year I'd go along to try. Heinz have been doing lots of weird and wonderful products/collaborations over the last few years.
I suppose they need to innovate or they get left behind. Lol I couldn’t imagine them mass producing the ice cream as that’ll be a complete waste. I’m sure they’ll pop up in another form sooner or later
Just when I thought I'd heard it all, heinz make condiment ice cream. Candy corn did roast dinner flavoured sweets last year. It was awful
Do manufacturers think we are so gullible that we will buy any new fad they think up in order to make money. The thought of putting any of these flavours near my mouth makes me physically gag.
I missed out last time, but there is currently a pop-up ice cream parlour near Harrods (until 28th August) offering a selection of Heinz flavours. Plus, some other unusual flavours made from popular brands. (Pont Street, London, SW1X)
Flavours include -
Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, PG Tips, Heinz Mayonnaise, HP Sauce, Heinz Salad Cream, Heinz Baked Beans, Quaker Rolled Oats, Bird’s Custard, Kellogg’s Coco Pops, Kellogg’s Frosties, Lyle’s Golden Syrup & Polo
Most of those sauces are so sweet anyway it may be quite nice.
I'd give one or two of them a try.
We love ice cream in our house but I definitely won't be trying these. They look awful, but it is probably a gimmick to get people talking about them.
Heres a selection you can find in japan
Some are not too bad, but i would give the Shirasu , young sardine eels a miss

These sound absolutely awful and something my adult children would love. Definitely not for me.
I don’t understand why companies feel the need to try silly ideas (money) stick to what you’re good at. I’ll stick with salted caramel
there are some things that just go too far this is one of them, food combos work well but this .... just no, whos going to eat this plain and its just wrong to place with other foods
