Help - How Do I Cancel My LUMIN Subscription?

Ask a Question

I have a seen a few people ask online how to cancel a LUMIN beauty subscription.

🌟 Update - the following steps may not work any longer. Please read the comments below for updated steps.

Here is the process, which assumes you have a subscription or a free trial.

Step 1: Go to the website, LUMINSKIN.com

Step 2: Press 'Account'

Step 3: Enter your Email Address

Step 6: Look for the 'Cancel This Subscription' link, which is underneath the 'Contact Support' button.

Step 7: Press 'Cancel My Trial Order and Subscription'

That's it, your subscription will be cancelled.

It's Not Working, How do I Contact LUMIN?

Follow steps 1-5 above. At the bottom of your account page is a button for "Contact Support".

Press this and it opens a live chat.

Stupidly and I’m so annoyed with myself. I received my trial and didn’t realise I was signing into a subscription. Yesterday I received a surprise text informing me £54.71 was taken from my account and my order was on its way. I have now cancelled but they do not make it easy. I’ve learned a very expensive lesson but I would strongly recommend you avoid !

You can get into contact with them and ask for a refund. If you didn’t mean to continue your subscription to them, they shouldn't take money out of your account for it.

There is no option to cancel anything, my account says no pending orders/subscription. They've taken £54 from my bank and not replying to any communication

I clicked on my subscription and literally emptied every basket, showing 0 on every item. Then updated my subscription. Various comments popped up, do you want to cancel your subscription? I kept clicking yes and 5 minutes after received an email confirming cancellation. I complained to PayPal and after their investigation have received my money back. Hope that helps x

Call your bank, then. That's what I'd do.

It's best that you follow these instructions on a desktop rather than doing it on a phone. It wouldn't show 'cancel subscription' on my phone when i followed these instructions but it did when i followed these instructions on my laptop and i was able to end my subscription.

I couldn't find cancel subscription button on mobile phone format, but did find it on a pc computer at bottom page of subscripion details. Cheeky way for them to slow down cancellation process. Even then had to click through lots of ' no please cancel buttons' as they desperately tried to keep me. It now shows subscription cancelled on subscription page, phew...

My son is having problems cancelling a trial as he didn't set up an account with them, any help feed back would be appreciated, he has contacted them via email, they ask for his account details which he doesn't have! At a loss now, thank you Elliott's mum!
