Hi Kelsey or Tom - I used the contact form but read in one of the chat topics that the person monitoring the emails is on holiday, so I thought I’d reach out via this instead?

Just passed another checkpoint but there’s no tab to claim? Please help

I‘m unsure if this is a bug or if we just didn’t think anyone would achieve so many points. But, we’ll get it sorted so you can claim more

I did notice that claims seem to end at 300k and was wondering if they stopped then. However, those who have been diligent members since the start will now be approaching and, indeed, surpassing this amount so nice to know if further points will result in further rewards.

Hi Lynibis are you unable to see your next reward milestone? This sounds like a bug then as they should be going quite a bit further than that. Quite a few people are beyond that and have claimed higher rewards.

Basically, it is not our current intention to have any upper limit. We love giving back to the community and can‘t see why it would have to stop at any limit. However, when originally coded it could have been that we didn’t think we’d have such awesome people who reach incredible heights! You’re all way above my own points level!

They certainly do! I’m well over 450k and so far I didn’t reach the end of rewards

Tom all the ones I have claimed are bright yellow but there is just the next one in shaded grey, then nothing. It did not overly bother me as I assumed another would pop up after I claimed.

Lynibis ah ok, so to avoid your dashboard looking cluttered, there is a point where we only reveal one grey reward at a time. When you achieve that one, another will become available. You‘ve reached the pro level now!
