Help - Why Am I Only Getting News Stories by Facebook Messenger?

If you are subscribed to our Facebook Messenger bot there are two types of messages we send:

• Daily top deals
• News stories

Q: Why am I only getting news stories?

Facebook Messenger rules state we can only send you deals if you have pressed a button once every 24 hours.

If you have not pressed a button on our Facebook Messenger bot, we cannot send you deals.

So instead of sending you deals, we send your relevant money news stories instead.

If you press a button to read a story, or press the "Get deals" button underneath the row of news stories, then we can send you deals again for the next 24 hours.

Q: How do I only get deals?

If you only want to get the top deals every day by our Facebook Messenger bot, make sure you PRESS A BUTTON every day.
