I often have the tv on early in the morning and have Homes under the Hammer reruns on whilst I’m getting ready for the day. I am so impressed with the majority of the renovations and would love to have the courage (and the money) to try buying at auction and doing up a property. Any one on here done anything like it and was it a success ?
Havent bought from auction but my parents always buy cheaper houses that need work and then do them up as they go along. The last house they bought cost £20,000 and now its worth over £100,000.
Would like too but I'm awful at DIY and would cost me way more lol. On that show I love the way the just walk in to a room and then stare in to a corner while music is playing for no real reason
We are currently looking at moving and are going to buy a house in auction in the next week. We are going to rent out the house we currently live in. Its very exciting but im also petrified. Ive been watching that program too religiously trying go pick up some good tips x
