Hot? Sour? Bitter? Spicy? Or sweet?
I LOVE HOT chilli's, fresh ones but I do like to cook them in my food sometimes.
Bitter food? karela! (I added a image at the bottom of my comment)because karela can be said in different ways or spelt differently, like corilla, cerassie (& it also called bitter melon.)
I really enjoy this vegatable cooked or as a salad.
Even bitter mango's, are great..
Sour fruits I enjoy with honey like lemons, lime, or add it to a smootie BUT saying all that I do have a sweet tooth as well...
Papaya, grapes, sweetcorn, sweet mango's....
I enjoy spices my favourite is cinnamon...
I don't really have a favourite but if I had to choose the best it would be hot chilli's!.
What would you choose??
I just pictured it because the 2/3 photo I found with fresh karela was so tiny it may have been too small for some people to see what I was on about.
When I found this one, I attached it to my comment.
Yes there are juices made out of 100% Karela, specially in Indian shops, no I've never actually tried it.
I did put it in a vegatable homemade smootie once with raw broccoli & spinach.
It was OK....
Stay safe ☺
I love spicy food - the hotter, the better! I don’t have a sweet tooth at all - have always enjoyed the more savoury side of things, as well as sour and bitter
I hate hot and spicy food... dont know why people would choose to eat food that causes physical pain I love sour sweets and fruit...
We should eat food in moderation... Some people forget this.
Weather spicy/hot/sweet or sour.
Everything we eat will cause problems physically depends how & how much we eat.
Certain spices like cinnamon are actually good for health, but you shouldn't eat it all the time
Eating sweet fruits are ok but not only sweet or alot if it.
It will still make your sugar go high even if it is natural sugar.
Best thing to do is always have a gap, so some days are you eating spices or sweet then some days your not.
Food being over cooked loses alot of it's benefits.
Eating too fast, can make us over eat without realising it & hungry later.
