How do I edit the URL of my deal?

If you make a mistake and accidentally put the wrong URL, or if it's not going to where you wanted it to, please just let us know.
Tag us "@tom", "@deepak", "@kelsey" in the comments. Tell us what the issue is and where you expected the URL to go.
We'll then fix it. We're working on letting you edit it yourself, but for now, you can just do it like this.

hi, i want to post a deal but when i input the URL it says "Please enter the retailer's website instead" . But the deal is not on the retailer's website but on the other website.
Any solution?

I wish I’d read this earlier. I expired my post because the url was wrong, thinking I could recreate the post but it’s saying it’s a duplicate.
neo1 I can’t seem to find it now even though I’ve set my search to show expired posts. Ah well thanks for your help anyway!
Thank you. Is someone able to tell me how to tag someone please? I was trying the other day but could only do it if I was replying to a comment.
All you do is type @ and then the name of the other member, with no spaces. It should work the same way as a new post or a reply
