Im a Celebrity Defends Using Animals in Trials

In the News

“The RSPCA said over the years, animals had been dropped, thrown, handled roughly, crushed, chased, overcrowded, scared by contestants and prevented from escaping from stressful experiences”

An ITV spokesperson said: “ I’m A Celebrity complies with animal welfare law concerning the use of animals and we are proud of our exemplary production practices“.

do you think they should stop these sort of trials?

I don’t think we need these trials where animals are getting harmed for entertainment.

Getsome nothing can be done because itv are basically saying its fine When it’s the complete opposite.

i think the shows are very similar, contestants complete tasks or they are competing against each other.

Animals should be treated with respect like hopefully we all are. I refuse to watch that program because of the way it uses insects etc just for ratings. Rant over, sorry.
