All Inclusive Holiday for July...

Wasn't sure where to post this as more of a request...but lets make it a challenge for you!
I am after an All Inclusive holiday for up to 7 nights, flying from any London/East Midlands for 2 adults between the 20th July 2019 - 27th July 2019.
Budget is around £500 all in...or as close as to £500.
As for destination, it must have a swimming pool and sunshine! 
Would be good to know what others can find! If any of you happen to have a private villa somewhere, give me details!
Wow, don't want much then? Let me know if you find one that isn't 1 star and I will eat my hat and film it for you lol! £250 p.p. to include flights and all inclusive for 7 nights in peak time seems like an impossible challenge.

It is ambitious, but you don't ask you don't get... 
It may well be cheaper if you book the flights, accommodation seperately as opposed to a package deal. You can use price comparison sites like skyscanner. Or scour sites like holidaypirates and be prepared to book something last minute. You are restricted if you're completely set on those dates though; whichever way you look at it prices will have skyrocketed because of onset of the summer hols. You may have to sacrifice something - the all-inclusive sounds a tad ambitious!
