James Bond Release Date Delayed 7 Months Due to the Coronavirus

In the News

The release date of the new James Bond film No Time To Die has been delayed by 7 months due to the coronavirus.

I was looking forward to watching this film in April. I assume this is just the start of rescheduling release dates for blockbuster films.

I hope the 2020 Olympics aren't effected/ cancelled by concerns over the virus.

I was looking forward to it too. Not entirely convinced this needed to happen. It will have a big effect on cinemas especially if other films follow suit. 😏

Yes, it may prove to be a very bad year for cinemas. This decision probably has more to do with what's happening in China. Thousands of cinemas have already been closed as a precaution and as a result box office takings in China for the first two month of the year are 'down nearly $2 billion' on the same period in 2019 - https://www.businessinsider.com/coronavirus-chinas-box-office-drops-by-nearly-2-billion-2020-3?r=US&IR=T

Don't normally watch them at the cinema but was considering this one. That's a shame there's a delay.

Hi ace that means I will have to Waite until next year for it to come out on DVD. What a shame. They say this film is the longest James bone ever. Wonder who the next James bond will be. Image
