Kalms Herbal Medication - Anxiety

Hello everybody!
Ordered Kalms Valerian Roots Extract today from Amazon and will leave the link below. Has anybody used this medication to treat mild anxiety? Is it effective?
I use pure valerian and make tea.It's like herbal valium.Great stuff.Cats love it. It sends em wild.
Check whether it could react with any other medications that you take. St John's Wort is another thing that is supposed to help anxiety, but shouldn't be taken with some other medicine.
I've not used Kalms before but I use rescue remedy which I believe has similar effects and it really helps me especially with flying as that's when I'm most anxious 
miaclare19 thank you for the comment. Used to take recue remedy when sitting GCSE exams but guess it does help when flying! Thanks
Not me personally, but a friend of mine who has anxiety issues uses it and swears by it
