Large Family Holiday Ideas Please

We are a family of 7, 2 adults and 5 kids ranging from 14 to 2. our last holiday was cheap As we used a family members appartment in Spain. But we found it hard as it was self catering and we didn’t really get to relax as adults. Well relax as much as you’d expect with a large family. Any ideas of cheap location, all inclusive or half board! We just really need a holiday on a low budget
We go away for Christmas every year, never have a location in mind we just book last minute, very risky but the discount we get means we have more money to spend over there. We go D.I.Y, i think going through a company and having reps bumps the price up a lot!
